In February 2008, JefBar Software Services acquired AMBPAC, a provider of computer aided Ambulance dispatch software and ambulance billing software. JefBar is rejuvenating products with an infusion of capital, customer-focused product development, and industry-proven methodologies. Barry Christian, President

		JefBar Software Services is led by Barry Christian. He brings JefBar 30 years of experience in the software development and support industry, including working for Apple Computer in the rapid growth years of the 1980’s. Barry has lead technology innovation in a number of industries and is known for bringing new products and new technology to market that revolutionizes those industries.

Most recently, Christian was CEO at International Business System's (IBS) North American Operations for more than 20 years. With his leadership, the North American Operations increased ten-fold in eight years while focusing on product development and client services. IBS continues to have over 500 sites running their software in North America and has over 5,000 customers around the world. Christian is involved in many community organizations including the Folsom Lake College Foundation and the Folsom Economic Development Corporation. He is distinctly aware of the needs of large organizations from his work with many organizations with revenues exceeding $1B, but has an equally strong understanding of small businesses as he has owned and operated several small businesses, including a local retail baseball and softball store, and was a owner and board member of several start-up software firms.


Scott Evans, Director of Operations

		Scott Evans brings JefBar Software Services expertise in technology and the emergency services industry. With nearly 20 years of experience in technology and support, Evans’ most recent experience was with an emergency services dispatch software company as the technical services manager where his duties focused on customer care and software support.

He brings JefBar an extensive background in technology management. This includes previously managing numerous information technology projects for the corporate headquarters of a national grocery retailer.


Jason Christian, Chief Technology Officer

		Jason Christian joined the JefBar team with a mission to use technology to create innovative solutions for the Ambulance, EMS, police and fire industries. Prior to JefBar, Christian was Chief Information Officer at School Innovations & Advocacy (SI&A) where he implemented technology and oversaw product development for SI&A and their clients.

He specializes in complex product development in short time frames. Christian brings a rich history of managing and consulting as a system designer, developer and installer of complex systems for Global Fortune 500 companies. His background includes extensive development in JAVA and C# from Microsoft and working with developing system that run in small environments and extremely large and complex environments, often with as little as a change in set-up for the same software. His products are known to be some of the industries most simple to use, yet powerful in their ability to save their users time and money.
