Three
types of call taking screens give you the maximum flexibility
in your call taking. Whether you are scheduling a pickup two
weeks from now or a 911 call which needs an emergency response,
CAD gives you the maximum efficiency in the call taking process.
It is seamlessly integrated with ProQA which is an
industry standard application.

CAD’s interface layout is designed to maximize the efficiency
of every entry type and during dispatch will automatically
walk the dispatcher through the natural progression of an ambulance

Powerful Reporting
With more than 20 standard reports, CAD puts powerful reporting
at your fingertips. The reporting interface allows the selection
of multiple different criteria in each report and provides
the ability to customize reports “on-the-fly” with
as much or as little data as needed.
Mapping
JefBar CAD includes
integrated mapping to provide vehicle and caller detailed location
views. This combines with built-in capability to recommend
the closest available unit to a call to give you the visual
confirmation you may need to make split second decisions on
unit utilization and placement.
CAD routing and
Status update with Garmin (or other) GPS Navigation systems
Improve your compliance times by upgrading to JefBar's latest
CAD.
CAD enhancements were completed ahead of schedule and included
the interface and
two way Garmin communications. The two way communications
provide for sending a route from CAD to the Garmin device, and
automatically advancing status in CAD. Enroute, At Scene,
Depart Scene, At Destination and Available. Once again
all customers on SMA will receive CAD upgrades for free.
Powerful SQL database
Keeps
a log of all events, with an easy to use database editor which
gives you the ability to make changes to the database information,
without corrupting data integrity. Additionally, any and all
changes are logged so there is an audit trail to tell you who
did what and when.

used facilities and even invoking satellite imagery so you
see what your crews see at their current location is just
a click away with VersaMap. VersaMap’s advanced configuration
and viewing options allow you to select the map view that’s
right for you. You can view all units on a wide view of the
map or view just one unit at street level to see exactly
where they are and what streets are around them. You’ll
be able to tell if a street coming up is a dead end or a
through street at a glance in real time.
Ambulance Billing
Software

VersaPage Internet Paging
Notifying your crews of their next run location or even the
sequence of times for their previous run couldn’t be
easier. Whether it is integrated with CAD or used as a standalone
product, VersaPage sends “pages” to standard
pagers or any cellular telephone using a multitude of protocols
and formats. It detects whether the outgoing page was sent
successfully via the internet and if not, can switch to sending
pages via modem on a standard telephone line. VersaPage includes
an interface for ad-hoc paging to any pager or cellular phone
in your list of recipients.
